Tour Payment Method

Payment Method
Tourism Council of Bhutan (TCB) will issue Bhutan visa to Golden Valley Bhutan Tours and Travel only on receiving 100% tour payment in advance. Your tour payment will be held by TCB in their account and only be released to us after your departure from Bhutan with deducting of royalty.

Tour Payment Process:

  1. You wire transfer the full tour payment as per the tour invoice to the bank account after confirming the tour package.
  2. You will have to email or fax us a copy of the Bank telegraphic transfer receipt
    We will mail, fax or message you back, the receipt copy of our Bhutan National Bank (BNB) when we receive the transfer.
  3. To wire transfer the tour payment to Bhutan National Bank, from any place outside Bhutan, please request your bank to remit money through Bhutan National Bank Ltd., Correspondent Bank as follows:

Please remit the payment in favor of Bhutan National Bank indicating the ultimate beneficiary as “Golden Valley Tours and Travel” and kindly email us a copy of the remittance to track the payment.

Cancellation Policy

Tours package booked and subsequently cancelled shall be subject to cancellation charges as follows:

  • Within 60 days of the start of the tour – Free
  • Within 30 days – 15% of the rate
  • Within 14 days – 30% of the rate
  • Less than 7 days or cancellation without notice – 50% of the rate
    After arrival in Bhutan – 100% of the rate

Delayed Arrivals
There is no charge for delays in arrival and departure because of weather conditions disrupting flights or road blocks however the cost of food, accommodation, transportation and other service must be borne by the tourist.
